Natalya Musina is an art historian and international crafts expert of the World Crafts Council. She has curated more than 300 exhibitions on the fine, decorative and applied arts of Uzbekistan and on Uzbek cuisine. She has held internships at the Higher School of Commerce Rouen in France and the Institute for Cultural Research in Moscow, and has been awarded the Chevalier of the Order of Culture and Literature of the State of France.
She is also founder of the Caravan Group of restaurants in Uzbekistan as well as Partner, Deputy Marketing Director and Director of the Caravan Gallery. She has organised various food festivals, including Goût de France, a festival of French cuisine, since 2015, and Israeli, Indian and Kyrgyz cuisine days within the network of the Caravan Group.
